Barcelona Presents No Pressure for Loaned Star Marcus Rashford

Marcus Rashford asserts that he experiences not a single thing at Barcelona as "stressful" and is embracing a "fresh dialect of football" as he keeps flourishing following his move from Manchester United.

"I don't view anything here as stressful. It's just, I'm here to play football," the England international explained to media.

The twenty-eight-year-old England forward joined the Spanish club on a temporary transfer in the summer after a difficult spell at Old Trafford, which included a second-half of last season playing on loan at Aston Villa.

Stellar Start in Spanish Football

His switch to La Liga has proven a notable achievement thus far, with the player registering six goals and contributing eight assists in 21 appearances.

"It has been incredible. I feel at home. I've just been savoring every step of the way," he added.

Embracing a Fresh Lifestyle

Rashford, who disclosed that Barcelona were his "favorite club outside of England" during his youth, said he is making an effort to immerse himself in the culture while living in the Catalan capital.

"It's different, but it's a great learning curve for me," he commented. "And even little things, picking up the language and learning the culture, it's all pleasurable for me."

Professional Revival and Future Prospects

After scoring 138 goals in 426 matches for United and claiming five significant honors, Rashford fell out of favour at his childhood team. This led to a brief move to Aston Villa before his 12-month loan to Barca in July.

His outstanding temporary stint at Villa Park attracted attention of England manager Thomas Tuchel, enabling him to regain his place in the international setup.

Barcelona, the record La Liga champions, hold an option to sign Rashford on a full transfer for thirty point three million pounds in 2026. Rashford has already expressed his desire to stay.

New Language of Football

"It's a different philosophy of football," said Rashford. "I've always been, like many people, an admirer of the Spanish style. To represent the biggest club in Spain is a great privilege."

His performance in a recent 2-1 Champions League victory, where he was substituted on and delivered an key pass, earned accolades from the Spanish media.

With Barcelona atop the league, Rashford's goal for the rest of the season is "to win trophies."

"This is a team that expects this," he concluded. "The environment is always driving us to be the finest players we can be, so it's ideal to be in a environment like this."
